Biography
Osmond Charles Howe graduated from Michigan Agricultural College with a B.S. in 1883. He became a farmer living in Buchanan, Michigan and stayed affiliated with the college as a member of the Board of Visitors to the Agricultural College. Also, Howe became Chief of teh Division of Agricultural Statistics for the Department of State in Lansing. Involved in Lansing real estate, Osmond Howe would reside in Lansing until his death on November 29, 1930.
Scope and Contents note
The Osmond C. Howe Collection consists of photographs, particularly portraits. Many of the photographs are carte de visite.
