Digital Curation Planning Project

Like other research universities, Michigan State University has amassed a growing body of digital information—some of which only exists in digital form. Recognizing the need for guiding the management and preservation of these digital resources, a team led by university archivists and librarians embarked on a yearlong Digital Curation Planning Project in 2009 to explore and evaluate existing digital content and curation practices.
